Good afternoon, My name is Richard and I would like to make a tourist visa for Thailand in Vientiane. I'm arriving on friday 13th in Vientiane. I would like to know if I can apply for the visa on saturday 14th or would I need to wait until monday to make it ? I would like to travel to Luang Prabang while waiting for the visa process.
