Dear Thai Consular Officer, I am writing to kindly request your assistance regarding the rejection of our tourist visa applications. My husband, our two daughters, and I were planning to visit Thailand for a family holiday. Our flight tickets have already been booked for 19 October, and we have made the necessary travel arrangements. During our stay in Thailand, we will be staying at our maternal uncle’s residence. We also have sufficient financial means to cover our travel and other expenses during the visit. We were therefore surprised and concerned to learn that our visa applications were rejected. We would be grateful if you could kindly clarify the reason for the rejection and advise us whether there is any possibility of reconsideration or any additional documents we can provide to support our applications. As our flight date is very close and we have limited time to reapply, we would sincerely appreciate your urgent guidance and assistance regarding what steps we can take. We respectfully request you to consider our situation and kindly advise us at the earliest possible time. Thank you very much for your time, understanding, and assistance.
